Do I have a case?
We are often able to answer this question over the telephone.  If you have visited your doctor and have basic information such as a police report, we can tell you if you should visit us for a free consultation.
  How much will it cost?
It will cost nothing up front.  We offer a free consultation at which time we will tell you if you have a case worth pursuing.  If in our opinion you have a good case, then we will pay for all costs of the lawsuit on your behalf.  We are not paid unless we are successful in acheiving a settlement for you.
  How long will it take?
The length of time your case will take primarily depends on the type of injuries you have suffered.  The medical time line is separate from the legal time line.  Often we are able to acheive a settlement within three months from the date we receive a medical report indicating that you are better.
  How much will I receive?
The amount you receive for your claim depends on the job your counsel does for you.  This is why we suggest that you call us first for a free consultation at the earliest possible time.  The sooner we are involved, the better.  We are compensated based upon the amount of the settlement we acheive on your behalf.  You can be confident we will do everything possible to maximize your claim.
Will I have to go to Court?
If we are retained at an early date, there is very little chance your case will proceed to court.  We are routinely able to acheive maximum settlements out of court.
What will I have to do?
Nothing!  Our professional team will take care of everything, so that you can return to your normal lifestyle as soon as possible.
  Should I hire a Lawyer?
Remember that insurance companies are businesses.  You represent a profit or loss to them.  They want to settle your claim for as little as possible and as quickly as possible.
We understand that your primary concerns are your long term health and the consequences of this upon your lifestyle and your profession.  We ensure that you receive prompt and proper medical investigation no matter what the cost or time involved.  This is the only way to ensure that you are properly compensated.
If you have these concerns you should take advantage of our free consultation.  There is no obligation for you to retain us but you will at least have the proper information to make a decision that is best for you and your family.
