Prior to joining James H. Brown and Associates, Rick worked as an insurance defence lawyer at a large Alberta law firm. Rick now acts exclusively for victims of injustice and their families. Rick handles various types of cases including catastrophic injury cases (fatalities, brain injury, spinal cord injury and other serious injuries), nursing home abuse, malpractice and class actions. Rick has successfully concluded numerous multimillion dollar cases.
