The theme of this year's event was empowering persons with spinal cord injuries to enable independence and full community participation.
With over 230 people in attendance, this year's event was a great success. We estimate that through the silent auction, and direct donations, over $5,000 was raised for Spinal Cord Injury of Alberta (SCIA).
"A great time was had by all" said Trent Brown, managing partner of the law firm. "Spinal Cord Injury Alberta does extremely important work throughout Alberta and we are grateful to support their efforts any way we can."
This year's entertainment was particularly exciting. Renown Canadian violinist Adrian Anantawan left the crowd spellbound. Mr. Anantawan has performed at the White House, and we are extremely honoured that he took the time out of his busy schedule to help make our event a complete success.
