Metformin Class Action
James H. Brown and Associates is investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who were prescribed certain brands of diabetes medications containing metformin. Certain metformin medications may contain N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) in quantities above the acceptable limit. NDMA is considered a probable carcinogen.
