Prior to graduating with a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, Nicole completed her Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Kinesiology Degree at the University of Calgary. She worked as an Exercise Physiologist for rehabilitation programs across Alberta and designed individualized exercise programs for people with spinal cord injury and other serious injuries.
Nicole helped clients and their families transition from the hospital to community rehabilitation programs and pursued law to help those seriously injured get the compensation they need to access rehabilitation programs and continue participating in the community.
Nicole has worked with senior counsel on class actions and cases involving catastrophic injuries. She successfully advanced a client’s case in a contested chambers application in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
Nicole is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta. When not working, Nicole enjoys playing sports, especially basketball, hockey, golf, and squash.
