McKenzie Towne Continuing Care Centre

James H. Brown and Associates has filed a class action lawsuit against the McKenzie Towne Continuing Care Centre (owned and operated by Revera Inc.).

There have been over 21 deaths as a result of the over 100 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the facility. Roughly 60% of confirmed cases are residents, with the remainder being staff.

COVID-19 outbreaks are not limited to the McKenzie Towne Continuing Care facility. Other Revera facilities across Canada have experienced coronavirus outbreaks. However, McKenzie Towne Continuing Care Centre has been the largest cause of infections. At one point, over 40% of Alberta’s COVID-19 deaths came from this one centre.

James H. Brown and Associates is here to bring justice to the mishandling of this pandemic. If you or your loved ones have been directly impacted by Revera’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic please contact us at the form below.
