Kamila was called to the bar in 2014, beginning her legal career at a prominent Toronto firm practicing insurance defence. Today, she uses her knowledge of the insurance industry to help accident victims secure fair compensation for their injuries.

Kamila obtained her Juris Doctor in 2013 from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. While in law school, Kamila served as President of the Students’ Law Society and was the J.W. Whiteside Award recipient for outstanding community service.

Kamila now devotes her practice to representing seriously injured Albertans, focusing on motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall claims, and other injuries caused by other’s negligence. Her experience with all phases of the legal process (including jury trials) allows her to stand up for her clients while providing support every step of the way.

Kamila serves as an Executive Committee member for Alberta Civil Trial Lawyer’s Association’s Women’s Legal Forum and the Canadian Bar Association’s Women’s Lawyer Forum. She is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Ontario.

Kamila is fluent in Polish and intermediate in French. Away from work, Kamila enjoys snowboarding, volleyball, and spending time with two children.

When working with clients, I do everything in my power to support them throughout their personal injury claims. I am fluent in Polish and intermediately fluent in French as well, so I can better serve a diverse range of clients across Alberta. Personal injury cases can be overwhelming for victims and their families, so I do my best to ensure you fully understand the complexities of your case and all of the available options ahead of you. As a client, you deserve proper attention and care. That’s why I try to understand the severity of my clients’ injuries fully. That way, I can provide my clients with realistic legal advice while we navigate the path to justice together.

Previously I was an Executive Committee Member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyer’s Association Women Lawyer’s Forum. That forum encourages the advancement of women in the legal profession by providing networking and support from fellow lawyers. While also facilitating learning and mentorship from highly respected role models and promoting worthy community initiatives. I take pride in having been a part of that forum uplifting more women lawyers. In addition as a Canadian Bar Association member under community involvement, I use my expertise and experience to provide support to my community.
